Our MOS training courses are delivered by MCT Microsoft certified trainers, course durations are either 2 -3 days depending on the course.

Training Rates: January 2019

Group Rate: £ 895 + VAT per day based on groups of up to eight.

1-2-1 Rate £ 495 + VAT per day.

Self Study Exam Packs:

Self Study Exam Packs are very popular, they contain everything that is required to pass each of the MOS exams.

Study Pack includes:

Course Study Manual - Spiral bound study manuals are Published by CCI Learning. Manual contents are separated into lessons, at completion of each lesson there is a summary and review questions.
Gmetrix - Get the feel of the MOS exams, Gmetrix exam simulation contains sample questions and exam layout. The simulation can be run under test conditions which are timed as well as continuous sample questions.
Exam Vouchers - Each pack includes one voucher and a thirty day retake voucher should you fail the first time.

Ordering Self Study Exam Pack

Select the " MOS Vouchers & Materials " form from the Mouse homepage, fill in your details and required Exam Pack / Vouchers. Please include full address and contact number for the courier.

Once we have received your order an invoice will be sent via email, please use invoice number as payment reference.

On receipt of payment your order will be placed with publishers.

Delivery Times:

Exam packs on receipt of payment normally 5 -7 working days, the materials are shipped via Ireland - in the case of Brexit we have been advised by publisher there maybe a slight delay, but they are hopeful of no delay or any cost increase.

Exam Vouchers Only

All Mouse Exam Vouchers include the thirty day resit, on receipt of payment allow 1 -3 working days and our admin team will send your voucher code to you via email.

If in the event you do fail you exam the first time, the resit exam code will be sent to you automatically from Certiport.

Sitting MOS Exams

Venues:

You will need to sit your exam at an authorised test centre such as Mouse, Mouse training is one of the only testing venues scheduling seven days a week... You are not required to have sat our courses to attend.

Mouse training also accept vouchers purchased from other suppliers but there is an admin fee applied per Exam.

Mouse training provides exam materials at competitive rates, no admin fees are applied for any vouchers / retakes purchased from us.

Certiport

Many ask what is Certiport - mainly from those who have purchase vouchers from third parties and not told what is involved for MOS exams.

Think of Certiport as the exam board, you need to register with them, there is no cost involved, once registered you will be supplied with a login and password, these details are required when you attend to sit an exam.

The examiner will ask you to enter you Certiport details when you start the MOS exams, on completion of you exam you score is sent automatically to Certiport, Certiport keeps your history of all exams, if you fail the resit voucher code is sent direct to you via email.
