Whether you only work with
files stored on your PC’s local hard drive or you roam across various cloud
services, you can quickly get to your recently used presentations and any files
that you may have pinned to your list.
Here’s what you do:
The Open tab on the File
(Backstage view) menu shows a list of files you’ve recently opened, and it
includes links to places where you commonly store files.
Tip: When you save a file (Save
As tab, on Backstage view), you’ll quickly see places available for the Account
you're signed in to. This way, your Office files are at your fingertips
wherever you go, no matter where they're stored.
