Baselines
Baselines are copies of the original
plan as agreed by the Project Stake Holder. They are not set until the stake
holders have agreed the plan. All a baseline is is a copy of the Project data
as it was before any changes are made.
To see that that is what really happens,
set the view to a task sheet or a Gantt Chart. And then set the baseline
