Building a Project Plan
There are lots of steps when creating a
project plan and the order in which they are done is up to the user. There are
two steps that should be done at the beginning of the Project plan though.
•
Setting the start / end date of
the project plan.
•
Changes to the calendar that is
going to be used as standard for the plan.
If they are changed part way through the
project planning stage they can cause all sorts of problems.
The other steps involved in setting up a
project plan can be done in any order that without causing any problems.
