Running a grouped macro
Where there are grouped macros then double clicking on the macro name will only run the first macro. It will not allow you to choose which of the grouped macros need to be run.
To be able to select which macro needs to be run.
1. Select the database tools ribbon.
2. Click on the Run button in the Macro group.
3. Select the macro required.
4. Click on OK.
The macros are listed first by the macro group and then the macro names within the group
This can be done in this way whether your are in the design view of the macro or not.
