Tracking the start and finish dates
This will method of tracking will only keep a record of when the task actually started and finished and a comparison can then be made on the duration of each task and what effect this has had on the project.Select the task,
Menu, Tools, Tracking, Update Tasks
By tracking just the start and finish dates the only percentages shown will be 0% and 100%.
