Microsoft Outlook – Online Calendars

Online Calendars. 

There are thousands of Online calendars that are possible to download or subscribe to. In the following example we will be viewing  ‘Arsenal FC’ football teams schedule.

1. Select from the folder list



2. Outlook directs you to a Microsoft web page. This will allow you to access calendar directories.





3. Select the Calendar you wish to view.



You can either Subscribe to the calendar, this will keep you up to date with any updates.




OR




The Online calendars will be displayed beside your calendar.


Once the Online calendar has been configured, it can be managed in the same way as a shared calendar in terms of :


1. Overlay Mode  
2. Showing and hiding the display.
